about us


we are proud to be a small & humble bakery. a micro bakery if you will.

we bake on site daily. all our bread is naturally fermented sourdough, made from sustainable heritage flour from wholegrain milling in gunnedah nsw. it's really important to us that our bread is made from top quality ingredients. the majority of the goodies used in our fruit/nut/seeded loaves are organic.


we also make sandwiches, a variety of sweet baked goods - biscotti, cakes, slices, brioche, bombolini etc.

we have a range of beautiful retail products, most of which are made by small australian producers + we do a house made granola.

our coffee is by mecca coffee, roasted in alexandria.
